Feladatok

• Provides ESX administration
• Ensures the daily operation of given operation system version
• Monitors the systems and in case of detecting a defect generates a ticket
• Processes the incoming tickets
• Identifies, diagnoses, categorizes the incidents/tickets and sets priorities
• Observes the expected service levels included in the contract
• Closes the ticket with resolution description
• Reports to the requester of report at the required frequency
• Keeps processes based on ITIL

Követelmények

• BSc in Information Technology, Economic, technical field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in IT field and support of Windows systems .
• Intermediate English language skill (basic German language is advantage)
• Windows administrator skills, networking skills, knowledge  of Office Programs , ticketing systems, ITIL
• Accurate, precise work, individual and group at Work, willingness to learn , ambitious personality , initiative
• Analytical mind
• Team spirit even in a virtual team
• Full-time active student at least one year (under age of 25 can be also passive)
• Work at least 80 hours in a month

Advantages:
