• Higher education or relevant experience in transport/logistics, with a strong background in fleet and team management
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Excel and fleet tracking tools 
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for business communication
• Valid category B driving license (C+E or own truck experience is a plus)
