Our Partner is a siginificant player in food production with strong international background. Their sales team is looking for a business unit manager, who has experince in the bakery sector.

Tasks
Develop and execute sales strategies in the food service
Manage and expand relationships with current distributors and key end customers.
Identify and acquire new customers within the artisanal production sector.
Organize and conduct sales trainings for internal and external sales teams.
Oversee technological implementation projects at clients’ production sites.
Recruit, lead, and develop the national sales team.
Organize and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry events.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, market analyses, and business plans.
Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements with distributors and key clients.
Ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs.
Report directly to the General Manager of the Hungarian branch
Requirements
Several years of proven experience in the food production industry, preferably in the bakery market
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing customer accounts
Leadership experience, including recruiting and developing sales teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with international teams.
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
