Administrative position
Elvárások:
- At least secondary school education,
- At least 3 years work experience in administrative position,
- Good communication skills,
- Good command of MS Office,
- At least communication level of spoken and written English,
- Strong problem solving attitude

- Experience in logistics, stock control, warehousing,
- College or university degree
Feladatok:
- Taking care and doing all administration related issues in the office,
- Handling incoming invoices, making internal monthly closing,
- Watching out for the documentation issues of shipments enroute,
- Participation in the warehouse stock control, inventory checks, etc.,
- Keeping in touch with the office maintenance contacts,
- Taking care of the office supply materials (e.g. printer paper, cartridges, etc.),
- Keeping in touch with the German headquarters in administration related issues

As a supplier to many car manufacturers, we are expanding our business for OE business in Europe, and Aftermarket in the CEE region. Therefore, we start a new warehouse in Budapest, controlled from our sales office in Budapest and hire a new colleague to be cope with the growing administrative duties.,
