As part of the Procurement Agile Teams, this role will be pivotal in supporting high-value projects and negotiations which will have a direct impact on Procurement achieving cost savings and BOI impact targets.

Main responsibilities
Agile Project Execution
- Work flexibly across a portfolio of projects as needed with Agile Transformation Squad leads, supporting the execution - through conducting research, gathering data, performing analysis to identify key insights and trends while taking ownership of negotiation fact pack development, working in collaboration with negotiation lead and internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance and coaching to teams on negotiation excellence and best practices such as design to value, Partner to Win negotiation, SRM, 360 supplier view, operating model definition, should cost model, Zero base budget, targets definition, sourcing strategy, negotiation strategy and contract performance management
- Collaborate and support high value projects, in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and senior level of stakeholder to impact the BOI Seek coaching from internal and external subject matter experts to enrich negotiation strategies and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions, develop strategies, and execute project plans to meet objectives while providing guidance and coaching to teams on agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to support agile ways of working
Agile Methodology Collaboration
- Assist in the development and execution of agile transformation roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives, milestones, and success criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Support the establishment of Agile governance structures, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and drive accountability within the Procurement Excellence & Transformation teams as well as the broader Procurement community
Strategic Planning Support
- Contribute with Head of Procurement Transformation Office, Agile quad manager and stakeholders to develop and prioritize transformative initiatives aligned with procurement's strategic objectives while supporting thorough analyses of business processes, organizational capabilities, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Change management
- Contribute on change management efforts to drive adoption and acceptance of transformative initiatives within the procurement function and across the organization
- Oversee communication and training programs to support the transformation agenda and support with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project objectives, solicit feedback, and address concerns, ensuring buy-in and alignment with project goals
Continuous Improvement and Learning
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the procurement function, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and knowledge sharing and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and agile methodologies, and incorporate relevant insights into project strategies and approaches
About you
Experience
- Proven experience (5-7+ years) in a procurement role
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing agile practices in complex organizational environments
Soft skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of organizations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver results within project timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
