Asset Manager

Areas of Responsibility / Main Tasks

 

  • Assisting, supervising the standing investments (Buildings) 
  • Maintaining, supporting continuously the (quantity and quality) leasing up of the Buildings
  • Supervising the commercial and technical manager of the Buildings
  • Controlling an effective commercial and technical management of the Buildings
  • Preparing and managing legal issues relating to the Buildings, excluding legal services
  • Preparing reports defined by the employer and the Buildings’s owners within a given period
  • Planning, managing and organizing the necessary maintenance and midterm (3-5 years) investments re-garding to the (value) saving of the Buildings
  • Working out and maintaining tenancy contracts/relations
  • Contributing and participating at the budgeting and in the valuation process
  • Checking of the OP Lists and the invoices
  • Continuous contact with the tenants, maintenance of the tenant relationship

Requirements

  • Professional and methodical competence
  • Technical, commercial and legal understanding
  • Detailed real estate knowledge
  • Very good english skills (min. B2)
  • Well-versed with MS Office Experience with Microsoft NAV is an advantage
