manage energy and fluid distribution with a focus on quality and cost-efficiency.
implement brewing strategies aligned with business objectives.
lead the development of new products and processes.
provide leadership to optimize brewing quality and operations.
enhance employee productivity, safety, and maintenance efforts.
manage budget and resource availability for the plant.
lead the brewing team to foster ownership and empowerment.
Követelmények
hold a bachelor's degree in food/technical/energy engineering.
possess 5 years of business experience in brewing and utilities.
demonstrate proficiency in English and Hungarian.
excel in leading and developing teams to achieve results.
embrace continuous improvement and drive change.
resolve problems with a results-oriented approach.
have experience in systematic project management.
