As our new Business Analyst, you will be a part of our Global Sourcing Excellence Team where we are creating instant value for the business by turning business demands into high quality visualizations and reporting. You will collaborate closely with many different stakeholders in operation. Moreover, you will help to design solid reporting and analytics solution. You will be analyzing large data sets to create insights that enables stakeholders to make data driven decisions. The position is located either in our office in Querétaro, Mexico or in our IT Innovation and Business Services HUB in Budapest, Hungary.

Business Analyst Indirect Sourcing

Main responsibilities

  • Build relevant reports, visualizations using BI tools, MS Office, SAP BW, SQL
  • Support analytical projects to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Report on KPIs on monthly basis towards Indirect Sourcing
  • Indirect Sourcing analytical deal support
  • Contract governance in SAP Ariba
  • Translate business challenges and opportunities into data analysis
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Project support to indirect category management
  • Communication with key stakeholders

Your profile

  • Have MSc or equivalent in Supply Chain, Economics, Information Management or IT
  • Experience in data analyses and working with a data visualization tool (Qlick, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Process mindset
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Preferably you have experience working with SAP BW and SQL databases
  • Communication in English
