Become part of an international team in the Market and Tariffs project area with very challenging business and customer-oriented tasks: here all products, prices, tariffs and bookable options for mobile, fixed network and TV products of Deutsche Telekom are configured without software development and made available to the entire IT landscape of Telekom Deutschland at short notice via a daily updated product catalog or other interfaces. We support Telekom Deutschland's business units on product development and assume responsibility for the implementation of new business topics. Our product services are offered to our existing and new customers in the private and business customer market segments via direct and indirect sales channels, including wholesale and wholebuy. Your role as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer:
As a Business Analyst/Solution Designer you are specialized in the detailed analysis and recording of business requirements, the development of efficient solution concepts, a configurative implementation including the testing of the solution, the support of the commissioning in the production environment, the analysis of error patterns in production as well as the dismantling of portfolio elements that are no longer relevant to the business. You are therefore responsible for the entire life cycle of a business requirement. Their expertise in business processes and product knowledge in the telecommunications industry contributes significantly to the efficient and innovative design of our product solutions.
