Business Operation Consultant – Sales Intelligence (REF3929Z)

Are you someone who loves sales and is all about data? We're on the lookout for a motivated individual with some sales experience who thrives on data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll be in charge of your own projects, spearhead initiatives, make key decisions, connect with stakeholders, and always be on the lookout for ways to improve. While you don't have to be a data analyst, a knack for understanding data is a must, as you'll be diving into Excel sheets and reports to draw meaningful conclusions.

What You'll Do:

  • Spot Opportunities: Work with different teams to find AI and data-driven sales projects with big potential.
  • Craft User Stories: Create clear and detailed user stories, communicate functionalities and expected results, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Drive Development: Collaborate with the development team to bring data-driven sales services to life, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Boost User Adoption: Understand the needs of sales teams, provide insights, and recommend actions. Develop training materials and run workshops to seamlessly integrate AI and data-driven services into sales processes.

What We're Looking For: 

  • You've got at least 5 years of experience in sales or sales support, especially in IT services.
  • You know the sales process in IT service companies inside out and have used new tech to grow business.
  • You've successfully implemented new sales tools that make sales more efficient.
  • You're a pro at managing projects and making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • You love working with data and can create reports that help sales teams succeed. 
  • You're tech-savvy, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • You know your way around AI technologies and are excited to use them to boost efficiency and value.
  • You're focused, a great communicator, and have a hands-on approach.
  • Your English skills are top-notch.
