Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist
Tasks
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements
Ensure financial reports comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards
Oversee the preparation and filing of regulatory reports, including tax filings and other government-required documents
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax, accounting, and regulatory laws and standards
Oversee and execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded
Collaborate with external tax advisors to develop and implement effective tax strategies
Requirements
Accounting/control background, good understanding of US GAAP and one or more statutory GAAP in EMEA.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting or reporting position.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good written and verbal English language skills is essential,
