• Supports the Management of the Business Unit Technik HU
• Prepares routine and non-routine managerial reports.
• Keeps contacts with internal organizational units.
• Monitors the execution of contracts made with external suppliers.
• Communicates internally (shares information coming from the top-management with the teams, and also
• Writes articles about the given organizational unit and forwards them to the communication department).
• Reviews and evaluates actual and planned financial performance of the given organizational unit and
• prepares deviation analyses.
• Participates at confidential meetings, records the agreements.
• Elaborates contracts.
• Collects information internally and externally, according to specific criteria.
• Elaborates decision-preparatory materials, prepares comparative, systematically analyzing pivot tables,
• charts, graphs.

• 1-3 years of experience in supporting management and back office
• Ability to define and meet deadlines and targets
• Advanced English communication - written, verbal
• German language skill is an advantage
• A quick learner willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Confidence and presence to deal with colleagues at high level
• Intermediate - advanced Excel and MS office skills
