Business Support Senior Expert

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Directly reporting into the Head of Sales & Operations, the Business Support Senior Expert is responsible for executing group level shopper based in-store and commercial strategies, integration of all the activities happening in stores within the non-fuel portfolio. Responsible for delivering profitable revenue and share growth and delivering competitive advantage to our customers by standardizing operational standards, redesigning operative model of our service stations. Developing best HOST motivation scheme across the group with taking into consideration local legal specifics.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for standardization of all back office, sales support, operational support and customer contact centre operations within Retail / Consumer Services.
  • Responsible for OPEX optimization and standardization across the group.
  • Responsible for creating standardized local head quarter structure across the countries and defines key stakeholder network with main driving principles.
  • Accountable for redesigning the entire partner commission model and motivation schemes in all countries across the group.
  • Accountable for reviewing, mapping and redesigning the entire Host work uniform strategy and processes globally including rental models or even acquisition initiatives.
  • Responsible for productivity excellence improvement measures to achieve 10+ mUSD OPEX saving annually including all operational expenses .
  • Designs new, automated back office and sales support processes for higher efficiency and productivity increase.
  • Responsible for the S&O related audit finding and for the Area Book updates.
  • Responsible for implementing a group and locally aligned service station competition scheme what also measures operational performance of all sites, collaborates closely with the digital team.
  • Represents back office / sales support teams across countries in all group related initiatives and projects.

 

EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree preferably in Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in multinational and virtual environment, 5 years in Retail sales / operations business
  • Fluent business English
  • Any other CEE language competency is an advantage
  • Driving licence, willingness to travel
  • MS Office, dashboard applications
