Our client is one of the leading suppliers in the field of automotive glazing. The Hungarian entity is part of a globaly active company involved in the production and processing of various type of glass. On their behalf we are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will be responsible for the design and implementation of the overall IT infrastructure for the plant and the office in Kecskemét.

 

Chief Accountant

Feladatok

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks in the Oracle system, including travel expenses, bank transactions, and invoice processing, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and verify monthly and annual tax and statistical data in accordance with Hungarian accounting standards, ensuring proper alignment with accounting records for tax filings.
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly and prepare bank balance reconciliation statements, identifying and addressing any unreconciled transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
  • Support the implementation and operation of the company’s ERP system, with a focus on financial modules.
  • Communicate with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing accounting policies, reporting systems, and internal controls.

Követelmények

  • More than 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment, specializing in production, auditing, and accounting services.
  • Registered accountant in Hungary, with in-depth knowledge of local laws, tax regulations, and experience working with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
  • Proficient in daily transaction processing in compliance with local accounting standards.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, with exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
  • Highly motivated team player, eager to learn and contribute effectively to collaborative efforts.
