Client Experience Professional (1year contract)


  • Interface with internal stakeholders to coordinate, support, and execute relevant stages of a customer’s journey and promote flawless delivery of a timely and accurate customer experience
  • Support Sales and other key Value Chain partners in resolution and escalations
  • Monitor order interfaces, pending orders & back orders, performing prompt investigation and resolving issues as required
  • Support the product return process with manual creation of correction/ return orders (ZRE)
  • Perform internal buyback & inter-affiliate activities
  • Support Team of Experts in resolving complex Order Fulfilment operational issues
  • Anticipate customers' needs and proactively solve issues
  • Steward performance of the Customer Services team according to defined Customer Experience metrics
  • Recognize and actively work to leverage the intersection of various work groups and their objectives
  • Escalate potential improvement items and resolution points to Supervisor and Performance Coach
  • Assist in development of root cause analysis & support the facilitation of corrective actions and reduction in recurring errors
  • Execute operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements of the respective business area in regards of safety, controls, stewardship, business unit, business continuity plan, and cross functional interaction


  • University degree
  • Fluent English
  • Customer Focus, attention to details, prioritization skills, be a great teammate with the ability to work independently
  • Good Issue Diagnosis and Resolution skills
  • Ability to work in multinational environment and to balance strategic and operational aspects of role
  • Digital mindset with an understanding of trends and impacts on customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP and Work experience in customer service and/or logistics is an advantage
