Communication Business Partner
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role purpose:
Improve Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) visibility and support its strategic goals by consistent content creation (success stories, project communications, marketing content), establishing standard communication processes between functions and improving the service areas’ appearance and perception on different channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive reputation for service areas toward key stakeholders
- Create and execute communication program for the specified function
- Create sustainable communication network and enhance communication flow among key communicators (be an information hub to work against silos)
- Create a unified communication approach and content for service areas aligned with Hydro governance and branding and GBS business strategy
- Drive communication elevation via educating key communicators of service areas
- Work closely and support service area lead teams to reach strategic communication goals
- Regular reporting toward service area lead teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for various channels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven attitude
- Familiarity with HR and Finance terminology and concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders is a plus
