Contract Claim Specialist with native Chinese
Tasks
In this role, you will drive excellence by leading contract negotiations and ensuring seamless contract
management throughout the entire lifecycle.
Collaboration & Negotiation
- Partner with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contract agreements.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance during contract signing to ensure optimal outcomes.
Contract Management & Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with budget team members during contract execution to handle
amendments, claims, and counterclaims.
- Maintain comprehensive ledgers tracking contract changes, reasons for alterations, and any
resulting impacts on costs, timelines, or scope.
- Lead and participate in negotiations concerning contract disputes, ensuring swift and fair
resolutions.
Review & Reporting
- Conduct post-contract reviews and summarize outcomes to provide valuable insights and future
recommendations.
- Prepare thorough summary reports to reflect on learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and native Chinese knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing contract claims or related functions
- Solid understanding of the full workflow involved in managing contract claims
- Great communication and negotiaiton skills
- Proactive and assertive personality
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- University degree
