CRM Project Coordinator
Tasks
Key responsibilities include:
- Local representative of the company and client relationship maintenance and accompaniment
- Work with clients to design, implement, and support company solutions, in particular Vertical CRM (ZOHO based)
- Lead or participate in project implementations, in particular Vertical CRM (ZOHO based)
- Manage cross-functional interactions to ensure consistent and positive client facing
- Assist project’s management and clearly communicate project status
- Provide guidance for issues
- Create and provide custom reports
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
- Project Management Experience
- Good IT knowledge
- CRM knowledge and CRM project implementation
- An ability to work within a team environment of overlapping responsibilities
- Self-motivated with an ability to manage time effectively
- Creative, unbiased, and willing to try new ideas in order to solve a problem
- Patient with a willingness to listen and learn new technologies and concepts
- An ability to analyze a business situation, recommend change, and document the processes
- Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Be comfortable delivering presentations to customers and teammates
- Automotive experience
