About our sales department
The Sales departments for Poland and Central & Eastern Europe are located in BudaWest Offices in Budapest. Under the leadership of the Regional Director and Sales Office Manager they are responsible for the entire sales process.
About the job
The Customer Care Representative is a key position within our organization, working with the Account Manager, with responsibility for the complete and successful delivery of our products and services to our customers (distributors/resellers) and realization of our sales targets.
You will be in close contact with your customers and the colleagues from the printing and logistic departments, by phone and email, to ensure an optimal on time and accurate service is provided so our customers will want to return to us time and time again. Your service consists of an accurate, professional and speedy response to all quotation requests and the swift resolution of any issues that may arise. A ‘can do’ and positive attitude is vital as is the ability to integrate into a team environment.
