• Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiency
• Contract & Commercial conditions management
• Maintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system
• Create Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation.
• Analyze customer claims related to master data and find the root cause of the error

• Ongoing university studies (active student status in Hungary)
• Min. 30 hour availability/week
• At least 0.5-1 years’ experience in Customer service in contact with the customers
• Fluent English and Spanish language written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel

• Knowledge of SAP
• Second European language is an advantage (preferably Portuguese)
