Our Partner, an Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, who will be responsible for ensuring and improving quality standards and liaising with customers.

Represent the customer on all related activities within the organization
Ensure customer specific requirements and performance are understood and communicated within the organization
Collaborate with global and regional commercial, engineering, and quality functions
Support customer visits and audits
Handle and maintain customer portal in quality related tasks
Monitor and communicate customer performance data
Work with all functions of the organization, customers, and suppliers to identify the root cause of product and process non-conformities
Facilitate effective and timely feedback to the customer on concerns, improvement actions, and horizontal deployment
Notify the customer of process change requests (PCRs) and deviations, according to customer requirements.
Develop and execute a customer quality improvement plan aligned with agreed objectives and targets (KPI-s)
Adherence to the company's product safety policy and procedures
Követelmények
University Degree in a technical field or equivalent
Problem solving skills (5WHYs, 8D, fishbone, etc)
Experience with core quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
3-5 years relevant experience in industrial or automotive environment
Experience or training with IATF 16949 QM system, analysis tools such as APQP, conducting RCFAs (root cause failure analyses) on products are desirable
Experience in customer portals
Open to travel
Confident use of English, German is advantage
Ability to work in a Team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proactivity, self-motivation and able to motivate others
