our client, specialized in aerospace maintenance tooling for civil and defense markets, an expert in tooling services and available through a worldwide customer support team.


Customer Service Field Technician


Main tasks:

- reception and registration of tooling/GSE to be serviced

- technical expertise

- assessment according to drawings and technical specifications

- performing repairs and servicing

- performing load test

- perform calibrations

- assembly and disassembly (mechanical and hydraulic)

- tool revision status – performing minor upgrades

Other tasks:

- create service orders in the client's system

- prepare shipping documents

- packing and preparation of shipments

- manage subcontractors


- technical qualification (preferably in mechanics) and strong mechanical culture

- minimum 3 years of experience in assembly, service and maintenance of machinery and

mechanical equipment (ideally in aeronautical maintenance tools)

- good technical and mechanical understanding

- reading technical drawings, raw materials knowledge, machining

- metrology and special processes knowledge

- knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage

- fluent in Hungarian

- good command of English is a must (both verbal and written)

- computer literacy

- good communication skills

- able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritise

- self-motivated, confident and methodical

- able to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit
