The Costumer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations by managing customer orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and clients. This position is responsible for organizing deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring
the logistics process runs efficiently and on schedule.

The position is based in Ecser, offering convenient access for commuters travelling by car.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fiels;
• Stress management skills and ability to perform under pressure;
• Excellent phone communication and customer-handling skills;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
