• Full professional proficiency in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Italian, Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates!
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
• Highly customer focused attitude
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Excellent time and people management skills 
• A High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, College level preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
