Our business partner is a French oil industry and renewable energy related company with Hungarian subsidiary which is looking for a Customer Serivece Manager. If you have expereince in customer service, people management or if you have team leader ambition combined with basic knowledge of  logistics/supply chain do not hesitate to apply!

Customer Service Manager

Feladatok

  • organize and manage Customer Service (CS) operations in close relationship with relevant business units
  • drive implementation of specific customer requirements
  • develop CS team, policy and propose and follow up trainings necessary for full department development
  • regular CS team management through meetings (results, KPI’s, problem solving)
  • organize and manage logistics of transport
  • manage relationship with suppliers of logistics services. Monitor and negotiate transportation rates, services and contracts
  • supervise customers’ claims management
  • manage Excise duty and following reports connected to company business
  • verify invoices from service providers
  • will cooperate with other departments on IT and SAP progress in regards to Customer Service and logistics operations

Követelmények

  • few years expereince as a customer service team leader
  • strong Excel skill
  • familiar with any CRM system (e.g. SAP)
  • confident English knowledge
  • basic knowledge of billing
  • can-do attitude
  • people management and good commication skills
  • B category driving licence 
  • ability to participate meetings in Czech Republic with the regional warehouse on monthly basis
