Our business partner is looking for a new Customer Service Team Leader!

If you have experience in leading teams in customer support or supply chain, and you have gained this experience in a manufacturing company, then our offer is for you!

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience and related supply chain experience
• Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team effectively
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Advanced English skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
