WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:
- As set in the Consumer Services objectives published in the MOL GROUP 2030+ Shape Tomorrow strategy, Consumer Services intends to leverage the scale of our loyalty platform to build a digital ecosystem, as well as focusing on exploiting synergies by bringing retail and mobility customers to the same platform. Consumer Services intends to reach 10 million customers by 2030 on its MOVE platform in the CEE region.
- Building a digital ecosystem on top of the loyalty customer platform has multiple directions. Firstly, MOL intends to partner up with third party companies to enrich the offer of the current loyalty platform. Moreover, it intends to bring customers from other MOL businesses to the same platform (i.e. B2B2C customers). Finally, Digital Factory is aiming to introduce new, digital, mobility-related services on the platform.
- Besides MOL Group’s strategic targets, Digital Factory aims to become one of the top data analytics and CRM/Loyalty companies in CEE retaining and attracting the best talent.
- The Ecosystem Product Owner Growwwer supports these business targets by supporting the Ecosystem Product team in developing new products, features and taking them to market.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:
- Participate in defining new features and services for MOL Move related to mobility
- Provide business support for the MOL MOVE Services - building internal processes, creating ad-hoc reports, supporting approvals etc.
- Support local and and international go-to-market and marketing activities of services in MOL MOVE including marketing, training, customer care
- Analyses the performance of MOL MOVE Services and its auxillary services (i.e. customer care) and suggests improvements
- Defines feature improvements and drives realization together with the relevant Product Owner and the Engineering teams
- Supports the Ecosystem Product Manager in managing internal and external stakeholders (primarily Group Mobility and its subsidiaries) by creating status reports, tracking project progress, decision-making materials
- Participates in the delivery squads and represents the business requirements set
- Stays updated on industry trends and developments in CRM, loyalty programs, and digital ecosystems, applying this knowledge to projects.
- Documents business requirements (user stories), participates in the sizing and prioritization efforts. Closely cooperates with assigned Solution Architect to deliver these.
- Participate in market research, surveying, concept testing activities, conduct product-market-fit analyses
- Ensures constant evolution via analytics, user feedback and user testing activities, builds an actionable customer feedback loop. Facilitates high quality „customer first” solutions and lays down best practices for MOL through complex, cross-channel customer journey definitions.
- Assesses new methods and technologies, facilitate MVP approach and run pilots if necessary. Co-operates and continuously aligns with vendors on an operational level to specify and deliver key elements enabling overall delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
👍 Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, commerce (finished/finishing studies between 2024-2026),
- Business acumen, ability to define solutions driving business impact
- Marketing competencies
- Ability to draw up high-level business casesExperience in financial and operative reports
- Marketing (agency or corporate) experience is a strong plus
- Project management or business support experience is a strong plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
