Contribute to the preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analyses, proposals, comprehensive solution alternatives.
Prepares benchmark analyses and provide relevant range of data.
Take part in professional area-related project works and manages the same. Take part in the business project works, represents the specific professional field in projects.
Understand data sources and calculation methodology of SSC KPIs. Provide increased visibility and control, build up and communicate performance, using tailored dashboards.
Contribute to the measurement of the performance targets. Evaluate the results and communicate/ explains the results towards the business.
Contribute the preparation and coordination of the Group-level and/or SSC Company level regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance reporting.
Taking part in the Maintenance companies business planning and forecasting process on Group Maintenance Services level.
Contribute the monitoring process of Group Maintenance Services’ efficiency improvement projects among all the involved entities.
Prepare any ad-hoc financial analysis or data supply for the Group Maintenance Services and/or SSC Company level business and finance management.
Education, skills, experience:
University/college degree (economic science or business administration, or in business related technical areas)
4-5 years of professional experience, knowledge of Performance Management concept is a plus.
Fluent English knowledge.
Driving licence.
User-level computer skills, MS Office, SAP PM & SM, Power BI. Celonis is a plus.
