• Train on, show ownership, and contribute to selected tasks (invoices, reports, reviews and visualizations)
• Proactively communicate assignment progress (status, challenges, success) to team members, supervisors, and stakeholders
• Consolidate data input from multiple sources (email, spreadsheets, database) to produce internal recurring and ad-hoc reports
• Support process redesign and automation improvements to reporting
• Leverage data analytics and stakeholder feedback to help evolve report content and presentation in PowerPoint decks and dashboards
• Embrace use of technology and digital tools to deliver the highest level of service

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or Business Analytics
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of Python and PowerBI
• High proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Word, etc.)

Working time

• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
