Complete applications for Cross-Border Data Clearance (CBDC), Record of Processing Activity (ROPA), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and Inter-Company Service Agreements, ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory standards
Monitor and track project progress, document activities, and follow up on action items as necessary
Engage with stakeholders, including Chief Privacy Office representatives, through meetings and follow-up discussions to ensure alignment on project requirements
Utilize internal tools and Microsoft Office to manage data and project-related tasks effectively
Perform other duties related to data privacy and project management as assigned

Fluent English language skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage a global audience
Previous experience in banking, and finance within a multinational company
Familiarity with data privacy, and regulatory risk management is a big plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
