• Strong leadership and team management skills
• At least 5 years of experience in a digital content leadership role
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Content management systems is a plus
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
