About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Digital Enterprise Architect to join Digital Factory. The new team member will design and develop a future proof architecture of overall Digital Factory, enable the delivery of IT architectural assets and services that best enable Digital Factory operations, growth, and innovations through a mature, organized, accountable and repeatable architectural framework, enabling strong stakeholder engagement and architectural thought leadership. Take responsibility for the technical direction of the entire solutions and platforms within the digital portfolio, providing consulting expertise, leveraging business and technical knowledge to support business strategies and deliver business value.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build and maintain IT solutions and infrastructure architecture aligned with DF IT and business strategy, ensuring integration with MOL Group’s IT solutions.
- Optimize information management by aligning technology capabilities with evolving business needs.
- Hold strategic responsibility for the IT systems of Digital Factory.
- Promote shared and Cloud infrastructure to reduce costs, enhance information flow, and avoid duplication of functionality.
- Provide technical leadership and work with solutions architects and IT experts to develop scalable, adaptable enterprise solutions that address changing business requirements.
- Manage IT asset risks by implementing standards and security policies.
- Develop and enforce policies, standards and guidelines for technology selection and implementation.
- Build team expertise in relevant areas in DF IT.
- Construct and execute technology-enabled operating models and enterprise architecture implementation plan.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and assess their business impacts.
- Ensure adherence to Digital Factory IT and MOL Group Enterprise Architecture principles during implementation projects.
- Oversee Digital Factory Architecture Runway, manage technical debt and develop resolution plans.
- Lead technical decision forums and participate in Group CTO Architecture Governance
- Identify and assess economic and operational impacts of digital business initiatives. Boards to ensure alignment across MOL Group.
- Continuously optimize and build DF IT architectural decision-making process.
About Your Experience and Skills
- EducationUniversity or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
- TOGAF Enterprise Architecture certificate.
- ITIL certificate.
- Experience8+ years professional experience, 5+ years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architect position in a similar industry.
- Proven ability to create architectural maps, workflow and data flow diagrams.
- Experiences in international and multinational environment.
- Experience in multinational project planning and technology design.
- Expertise in technology tendering processes.
- Experience in designing IT/Business services from scratch.
- Familiarity with agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methods.
- Professional competencies Comprehensive understanding of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance and operations.
- Understanding of financial modelling related to IT investment.
- Expert level knowledge and understanding of industry specific IT architecture, applications, systems design and integration, including enterprise architecture on both on-premise and Cloud (loyalty, integration, mobile, etc.) and platforms like Mulesoft, Salesforce, Informatica, Azure.
- Proven experience in multiple IT disciplines with a solid understanding of architectural concepts (data, technical and solution), issues and trends.
- Engineering mindset.
- Passion for creating clear and effective technical documentation.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to build consensus between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- System-thinking , with the ability to understand and visualize how components interact within a large framework.
- Knowledge of retail business architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce clouds is a plus.
