The Digital Hub is a newly built state-of-the-art digital services team with 25+ Digital Professionals driving the execution of Digital Marketing, Content Management and Digital Analytics for a various set of business activities across the Air France KLM group.


The Manager of the Digital Hub will build and lead a group of high performing individuals and oversees all activities together with the team-leads of multiple teams. The Manager is the go-to person for business owners across the Air France KLM group for defining and maintaining forward looking resource planning, managing daily operations, securing business continuity reaching strategic business goals as well as operational objectives.


The Manager is part of the Air France KLM Digital Marketing Management Team and the Digital Hub operates in the Air France KLM group shared service centre structure.

Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Tasks

  • Build & lead a high-performing team of 25+ Digital Marketing, Content, and Analytics professionals promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with all business owner teams to develop and execute on strategies for digital marketing, content management, and Digital Analytics in line with business objectives
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing activities such as campaigns, content, email marketing, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions
  • Deliver on resource planning in line with business owner expectations, quality management, and productivity, reaching strategic business goals as well as operational objectives
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess performance, drive optimisation, and refine execution effectiveness
  • Stakeholder collaboration as the key liaison between the Digital Hub and process owners and teams, translating business needs into actionable digital initiatives
  • Process & Technology optimisation by identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, enhancing digital tools, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing, content, and/or analytics role with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position
  • Expertise: strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Digital Content and Digital Analytics
  • Leadership & Collaboration: proven track record and ability in building new teams, leading high-performing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present digital execution strategies and performance insights to senior leadership
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience and affinity with marketing & data technology such as campaign-, CRM-, content management -, and performance tooling
