Distributor Manager
Tasks
Distributor Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Motivate partners and collaborate with them to respond to market changes.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to align distributor activities with overall company sales goals.
- Monitor distributor sales performance and provide guidance and support to improve results.
Market Analysis and Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new areas of industry and product lines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge supported by the technical team.
- Ensure distributors have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by distributors promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the Technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in the B2B automation or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2B automation market, products, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to visit distributors and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in English.
- B cat. driving license.
