• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Develop and optimize model-driven Power Apps.

• Automate business processes using Power Automate Cloud Flows.

• Provide guidance and best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM usage.

• Communicate effectively with international clients in English.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and be open to learning new tools based on client needs.

This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their business needs, and implementing tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing business processes using Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

• strong background in Microsoft Dataverse
• experience with various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales is required; other modules are nice to have)
• experience in building a model-driven application
• programming knowledge is an advantage (PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#) 
• experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, PowerBI is an advantage
