E-learning Assistant
Responsibilities
Management of the webinar catalogue & calendar, recorded webinars, attendance certificates and webinar series;
Administration of the webinar software, including management of the webinar image, evaluation forms
Production of visual promotion material for the webinars and promotion of individual webinars through the appropriate channels;
Liaising with external stakeholders in view of organisation of webinars;
Testing, implementation and evaluation of webinars, including data collection and reporting on webinars;
Moderation of the Webinar Resources on the LMS;
Support to the implementation of the Communication Plan for the promotion of LEEd;
Support to the finalisation of the LEEd project with the preparation and the migration of recoded webinars to the new platform, and testing new functionalities and the development of the Look and Feel
Requirements and qualifications
University degree, studies in the field related to the job profile (IT, Education, Administration);
1 year of similar work experience (organizing meetings and training events)
Very good command of written and oral English, corresponding to level C1 or higher
Excellent organization and logistic skills, along with moderation, presentation and communications skills
Ability to use LMS and provide e-learning assistance, or skills enabling a quick training to this effect
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent Office suite ICT skills (text editor, spreadsheets, presentation);
