Electrical Engineer

ACCOUNTABILITIES

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to take ownership of product-related responsibilities within our organization. This role involves overseeing the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical products, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive product enhancements and resolve technical challenges.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS 

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical products, from concept to production and post-market support.
• Develop, validate, and optimize electrical designs to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and failure mode analysis (FMEA) to proactively address potential design or manufacturing issues.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for manufacturing and customer-reported issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (IEC, UL, CE) and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
