Executive Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule using MS Outlook, including appointments, business meetings, and travel plans.

  • Prioritize and manage the CEO’s time commitments, including oversight of shared calendars.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer visits, and international guest arrangements.

  • Oversee conference room bookings and organize catering services as required.

  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle expense reporting for the CEO and other senior executives.

  • Support the planning and execution of company events and internal gatherings.

  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence; draft and handle routine communications.

  • Maintain the CEO’s filing system (both electronic and paper-based) in an organized manner.

  • Take meeting notes and prepare minutes for management and project-related discussions.

  • Develop professional presentations and reports utilizing MS Office Suite tools.

  • Handle all matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, while also assisting other senior leaders when needed.

Location: District 22

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role.

  • Previous experience in an international/multicultural environment is highly valued.

  • Background in a manufacturing or food industry setting is a plus.

  • Fluency in both Hungarian and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
