At Sanofi, we're seeking an Executive Sourcing Partner to join our elite Global Executive Sourcing team. Operating as our in-house executive search agency, we identify and engage the brightest minds to lead our organization into the future.
Your Mission
Transform our leadership landscape by identifying, engaging, and securing top executive talent across the globe. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to build robust talent pipelines that fuel both immediate recruitment needs and long-term succession planning for our most critical leadership positions (L5+).
Main responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Market Intelligence - Uncover competitive insights and present compelling talent mapping results to senior stakeholders
- Talent Engagement - Approach and build relationships with high-caliber executives, creating diverse candidate pipelines
- Candidate Assessment - Conduct in-depth screening discussions and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Innovation - Pioneer new sourcing techniques while building valuable talent pools for future leadership needs
About you
Experience
- 6+ years in executive sourcing within multinational environments
Skills
- Expertise - Proven track record in senior leadership recruitment with DE&I sourcing techniques
- Tools - Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights (Workday/Avature/Beamery knowledge a plus)
- Communication - Articulate and engaging style with executive-level stakeholders
- Integrity - Exceptional discretion handling confidential matters
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
Languages
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
