External Fabrication Specialist
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support of the sales department in questions of external manufacturing and the corresponding master data
- Communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Disposition of components and final articles
- Creation of subcontractor and stock transport orders
- Limited master activities for the dispatch of third-party confection articles
- complaint handling - compliance with the HSE principles for outsourced processes
- Analysis, maintenance and cleansing of master data (basis for complete external production) as well as deadline monitoring
- Determination and naming of requirements for IT system solutions for the specialist department
- Contact person for external assembly for other divisions
- Supervision of the external confectioners/suppliers and support of the inventories at the confectioners/suppliers
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Apprenticeship / Associates Degree - economical
- SAP experience
- High level of English
- 5 years of experience

The External Fabrication Specialist carries out the operational optimisation of external assembly processes as well as the central processing of all external assembly processes (in the market area) in cooperation with the specialist departments in order to minimise errors and rationalise and create synergy effects.
