Facilities Intern

Feladatok

  • Meet and greet visitors, coordinate and set up meeting rooms and other requirements.
  • Manage office stationery supplies (including paper for MFPs).
  • Raise and process Purchase Orders.
  • Handle invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage mail room, courier services, and bookings.
  • Perform switchboard tasks, handling incoming calls.
  • Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Provide support during planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Manage reactive jobs and PPM in Vantify.
  • Handle day-to-day badge and visitor pass requests.
  • Manage and maintain archive records.
  • Update assets and inventory databases.
  • Support in KPI reporting.
  • Assist with office moves and related logistics.
  • Support the FM team during projects and emergencies when required.
  • Take and distribute minutes of meetings and calls.
  • Manage queries and messages from the client in a timely, efficient, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Line Manager.

Elvárások

  • Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of customer care skills
  • A high level of communication skills
