The professional we are looking for will lead a team of 3 people. She/he will be point of reference for all the finance related matters of the plant
The position direct reports into the Regional Finance Director, Europe&Asia and reports dotted line and works closely with the Plant Manager providing day to day strategic and operational support.

- Supports Plant Manager and local leadership in leading the business and acting as a Business Partner
- Manage a team of 3 specialists, growing them and delegating duties and responsibilities, creating a strong Finance & Accounting department
- Audit – annual financial statements preparation, manage audit process, report to group for consolidation purposes (HU Gaap, IFRS & US GAAP).
- Communicate financial information to the Group, month end closing report. Provides analysis and comments to the month performance and variances vs budget/forecast
- Prepare and manage the monthly financial Outlooks, quarterly forecasts and the annual operating budget
- Forecast and administer cash flow and funding requirements with the corporate office, and ensure the transactional business requirements are met
- Provide strategic analysis as required to drive improved decision making
- Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Manage the preparation of all local and national tax returns as required by local taxation and other regulatory authorities
- Manage contracts and relationships with Banks
- Introduce, develop and maintain appropriate financial controls and checks.
- Capital expenditure – control, review and funding requirements; support the plant manager in the ROI and Payback analysis for new CapEx group authorisation.

Key Qualifications and experience
- Graduated in Economics, qualified accountant
- Minimum of 3-4 years as Finance Manager – operating at a multinational manufacturing company, in a complex environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
