Finance Transition and Project Manager

Feladatok

  • Support SSC startup establishment and strategic development
  • Manage country-to-Budapest transitions, including preparation and stabilization
  • Aid Finance teams in implementing cross-country standard processes
  • Drive digital transformation through the introduction of new technologies
  • Perform project management tasks, tracking business cases and reporting to stakeholders
  • Collaborate within the Financial Community in Europe Africa
  • Develop and conduct country trainings, promoting best practice sharing

Követelmények

  • University degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in the finance business services sector. Preferably in AP/AR/GL/MDM roles
  • Additionally, you have built up minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP; etc.) which you can apply in practice.
  • You lead by example a cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and
    actively drive changes to support the transformation journey
  • You keep calm and focused in a challenging environment
  • You are a team player, are flexible and willing to travel within Europe
  • Professional fluency in English and excellent MS Office knowledge. Knowledge of additional languages (French or
    Spanish) and SAP is of advantage
