The position offers great flexibility since we are looking for this new colleague for 20 hours per week. If you are still finishing your studies or you are looking for an amendment besides your current occupancies, this position is just for you!
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end car fleet service. Collaborates with HR to bring the car policy to life with excellence,
- Leads the car allocation processes linked to ongoing organization changes with a proactive approach to ensure no disruption to business and a positive employee experience,
- Plans and drives car renewals in a timely and productive manner,
- Keeps up-to-date database management
- Communicates to provide quality guidance to car users and steps in for the effective resolution in case of emergency,
- Builds productive work relationships with vendors,
- Continuously improves car fleet management standards,
- Operates with a result in mind, having safety and governance as the groundwork of their actions.
Követelmények
This is an entry-level position, however, it is great if you have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure top-notch employee experience,
- Strong skills in vendor relationship building,
- Continuous focus on process/standard improvement and adherence to governance standards,
- Skills such as precision, attention to detail, and effective communication
- Fluency in Hungarian and English language
