French Business Operations Specialist

 

Our prestigious american multinational partner is looking for a French speaker to join one of their biggest functions as a Business Operations Specialist


The ideal candidate

  • Fluent French and English knowledge
  • At least 4-5 years experience from a relevant field (contract management, order management, sales support etc)
  • Knowledge of Siebel and/or SAP is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Proactive attitude

The job

In this position you will be responsible to manage multinational partners' and the provided specific services for them. You have to ensure adequate account set up and maintenance, you will be considered as a senior member of the back office support function; handling administrative tasks, invoicing cyclesfleet and contracts management. While also managing escalations/disputes and also keep contact with the clients in strong cooperation with the Front Office team
