French-speaking AP Specialist
Feladatok
Our partner is seeking a talented and motivated individual eager to shape the future of this challenging role. As a qualified expert, you will:
- Process and validate PO-based and direct invoices, overseeing payments
- Execute daily finance activities within accounts payable, meeting service level agreements and compliance standards
- Manage vendor accounts and facilitate AP invoice resolution
- Address internal invoice queries from affiliates
- Foster collaborative relationships between affiliate finance teams and internal SSC teams
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and ongoing projects, contributing to knowledge transfer
Követelmények
- Finance degree with relevant professional experience
- Extensive accounts payable experience using SAP
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in English and French languages
