What will you do:
- Ensuring smooth order entry and maintaining its quality, leaving a positive impact on our operations.
- As a regional order management specialist, you'll handle orders from diverse channels like electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms.
- Be at the forefront of process improvements, contributing your innovative ideas to elevate customer experiences. Your precision and responsiveness will help us achieve Service level targets.
- Collaborate with different departments and participate in projects.
Requirements:
- Advanced, business-level language proficiency in English and in French
- Client focused mentality
- SAP experience or knowledge
- MS Office (Excel) knowledge
- Tolerance to monotony
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
