Your new company

Our partner, who is a multinational Shared Service Center in Budapest providing IT infrastructure services is currently looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative for a completely new operation.

If you would like to join a new project from the beginning and become a part of a new team, this role is just for you!

Your new role

  • The aim of the position is to ensure customer satisfaction through customer service management, effective complaint handling and continuous professional communication
  • Acting as first point of contact to internal and external customers
  • Providing information for all delivery chain participants
  • Keeping continuous contact with customers via phone and e-mail in German language
  • Execution of administrative tasks, documentation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluent German and intermediate English
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Customer oriented, ambitious, dynamic personality
