You’ll handle customer requests from 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. on an 8-hour rotating schedule, ensuring seamless service and smooth handovers to the day team.
German-speaking Customer Service Agent (Night shift)
Tasks
- Answer customer calls and emails in German, delivering professional support throughout the night.
- Manage service requests via email and customer portals, logging details accurately and on time.
- Enter and track cases in the internal system.
- Schedule service visits and after-sales appointments, coordinating technician workloads for the following day.
- Assign and record maintenance jobs with precision.
- Monitor and update open cases in both internal and client systems.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues across shifts for flawless operations.
- Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Validate proof-of-delivery documents and generate regular or ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and at least intermediate English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Resilience and proactivity—comfortable working night shifts and outside standard hours.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset for smooth shift handovers.
- Detail-orientation with outstanding accuracy and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Outlook is an advantage.
