German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Tasks

  • Provide technical support to dealers via phone, email, and ticketing tools

  • Troubleshoot issues, track spare parts, and monitor exceptional shipments

  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams (warranty, logistics, finance)

  • Translate training materials and deliver trainings

  • Support in reporting, reconciliation, and periodic settlements

  • Ensure cases are resolved and clearly documented

Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Fluent in English and fluent in German

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A knack for problem-solving and technical thinking

  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, WLAN, troubleshooting, CRM/ticketing systems)

  • Previous experience in a BPO and/or Customer Service and/or technical account
